• Guest full name and primary contact telephone / WhatsApp number.
• Tentative or confirmed arrival and departure dates.
• Party size (number of adults, accompanying children, and pets).
• Government-mandated photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) required upon physical check-in as per Uttarakhand tourism regulations.
• Voluntary dietary preferences (e.g., pure vegetarian cookware requirements, regional meal requests).

2. How Your Information Is Used

Information provided is strictly utilized to facilitate your direct mountain homestay experience:

• Confirming room reservation, dates, and direct booking tariff.
• Sending live GPS location PINs, route conditions, and check-in arrival coordination via WhatsApp.
• Preparing your suite, firewood allocations, and coordinating customized kitchen meal plans.
• Meeting local administrative and statutory reporting requirements.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade guest personal data or contact numbers with third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.

3. Communication Security & Direct Payments

All direct booking communications occur via encrypted messaging channels (WhatsApp / E.164 telecommunications) directly with the resident host family.

Advance booking deposits (via UPI or direct bank wire) are handled directly through authorized Indian banking channels. We do not store credit card credentials or banking CVV codes on our web servers.

4. Cookies & Web Analytics

Our website uses minimal, privacy-conscious static assets. We do not employ third-party tracking cookies or invasive cross-site user fingerprinting. Any server-level logging is used solely for technical uptime monitoring and network security.
